1." The Black Table " was created, during a period, when I thought more about older men, and sexuality. I wanted to dispel the stigma, regarding older men, experiencing erectile dysfunction, and lower libido issues. This does not happen to all aging men. And I wanted to create a story, involving men, with salt and pepper colored or gray hair. These men take care of themselves, and are still sexually active, with a high stamina. I began to observe and research images of older men, who were mature, attractive and continue to be physically active. It was very inspiring, and arousing to me, as a man being in my forties now. I began to do more drawings, that focused on mature men, with gray hair, who were physically fit and sexually active with each other.
