The Power Of My Light
He came to me
with a demon in his approach.
Fire within his eyes.
But my eyes burned
in flame as well.
He intended to break
the day that greeted me.
I walked through him
untouched. Ignoring the
evil he wished to plant
into my soul.
I have seen him before.
He tried to hurt me then.
And he returns, to attempt
again.
I possess an inner light
that cannot be destroyed.
The mere flash of
it's illumination
shattered his existence.
If and when I see him
once more.
I shall destroy him again
for my pleasure.
And continue my journey
into the new day.
